Return & Refund Policy

At Gozemre Atelier, each piece is handmade and crafted with care. Because of the nature of our work, we ask that you read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at goz@gozemre.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges We are happy to offer an exchange on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like a different size or style, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalised Orders Custom and personalised pieces are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty.

Return Shipping Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
