Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. I usually ship the next day — I simply can't contain the excitement! Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
UK Shipping

- Tracked 24: 1–2 business days — £3.80
- Free shipping on orders over £25
EU Shipping
- Standard (non-tracked): 5–8 business days — from £3.70 (orders up to 250g)
- Standard (non-tracked): 5–8 business days — from £5.35 (orders over 100g up to 250g)
- Tracked: 5–8 business days — from £8.15 (orders up to 250g)
- Tracked: 5–8 business days — from £9.40 (orders over 250g)
Please note that EU orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
International Shipping
- Non-tracked: 7–14 business days — from £5.50
- Tracked: 7–14 business days — from £10.90

Tracking All tracked orders receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact me. I have a solution for almost everything, and your happiness genuinely matters to me 💖
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I'll make it right!
